Prawn Cocktail
Game Terrine with spiced apple chutney and oatcakes
Pigeon and bacon salad

Roast turkey with all the trimmings
Fillet of sea bass with a shrimp and herb butter
Roasted goats cheese and vegetable roulade
Venison rump with truffle mash potatoes and a redcurrant gravy.
The above all come with a side of vegetables

Christmas pudding with brandy butter
Apple Crumble with custard
Cherry and brandy panna cotta with winter berry compote
